We ship products from our warehouse within 1–3 business days (order processing and preparation).

We deliver worldwide: under normal conditions, transit times are 6–10 business days depending on the country and the selected shipping method. Orders placed over the weekend are typically prepared and shipped the next business day.

In the event of delays caused by Force Majeure (e.g. extraordinary global events), we are not responsible for any inconvenience. Please wait up to 30 business days before contacting support about a missing order, and use the tracking number to monitor your shipment.

To offer you the best prices, products may be shipped directly from our partners’ warehouses. We reserve the right for any errors related to third-party logistics. For all unclaimed packages, we reserve the right to charge €20 to cover return shipping and handling costs.

My tracking number isn’t working – what can I do?

After you receive your shipping confirmation email, it may take 1–3 business days for tracking to become active in the courier’s system.
