How do returns work with Velita?

Email info@velita.co within 30 days of purchase and include your order number. We do not accept physical returns to a warehouse. If we made a mistake or the product arrived damaged, we will refund you or send a free replacement. For damage claims, send clear photos within 48 hours of delivery and contact us within 5 days of receipt.

Do I have to ship anything back?

No. We do not require physical returns. All requests are handled by email at info@velita.co. This avoids high return shipping costs for you.

I picked the wrong size or color. Can I return or exchange it?

Sorry, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for customer selection errors. Please check our size guide before ordering. If your order has not shipped yet, you can ask to cancel within 1–2 days of purchase. Approved cancellations may include a small processing fee.

How long does shipping to Australia take?

Estimated delivery is 7–14 working days once shipped. Processing usually takes 1–3 working days. Remote areas and peak seasons can add time. You will receive tracking by email. If tracking stalls, contact info@velita.co and we will help.
